How it works
Our tennis predictions, explained.
Every match we cover gets five things: the player we pick, a predicted score, a games line, a best tip and a trust score. This guide shows how to read them, what the model looks at to produce them and how each pick is checked after the last point.
What each figure tells you
Read a row from right to left. TRUST, out of 10, tells you how much weight to give the rest. BEST TIP is the model's strongest call in that match, and it is not always about who wins: it can be a set score or a games line. PICK is the player the model expects to win, PREDICTED SCORE is how it sees the sets going, and TOTAL GAMES is its over/under line.
The number to sort the board by
The trust score is how sure the model is of its best tip, from 0 to 10, and it is public on every row. The coloured bar on the left of upcoming and live matches takes its colour from it, and the board can be sorted by it. From 9.0 up, a pick also goes into the Tip of the day list, whose hit rate is tracked separately, next to its pick count. Even a 9 can lose: it marks the model's firmest opinions, not sure things.
Six free picks, every day
Every day the homepage unlocks six matches for everyone, a mix of ATP and WTA, Challenger and ITF. Live scores, trust scores and the full track record are free as well, and so is one Bet Builder slip a day. Full Access opens every other prediction, the Tip of the day list and all the Bet Builder settings.
Where a forecast comes from
It starts with the matchup: the head-to-head and how each player does on the surface in play, be it hard, clay or grass. Then twelve months of serve and return figures: how often they win the point behind their first serve, how many return points they take and how many break chances they convert. Recent form, how much each player has played lately, the difference in ranking and the level of the event fill in the rest. The model learned from past matches how much each factor counts, and every new result fine-tunes it.
Which matches get a pick
Men's and women's tennis at every professional level: ATP and WTA events, Challengers and ITF tournaments, qualifying rounds included. Each event has its own page with the draw and all its picks, and a player's page shows how our picks on their matches turned out.
The life of a pick
Take a Wednesday match. Its pick shows up on Tuesday, as soon as the order of play is out, which is why predictions always cover today and tomorrow. On Wednesday the row follows the live score, and after the last point the pick is marked as a hit or a miss on the final result.
Hits and misses, all on record
Losing picks stay published next to the winning ones. The Track record page shows the hit rate of all predictions and, separately, of the Tip of the day list, for every month since November 2025. The daily figures download as a CSV file and the full match archive as an Excel file. On the homepage, the free picks of the last three days stay up with their results.
